  3. If you have salad, entrée, or accompaniment choices, please select those desired items where applicable and note any split orders, order questions, or additional notes in the space provided.

Restaurant Hours: Monday - Friday 11am to 2pm for lunch and 4pm to 10pm for dinner :: Saturday 11am - 11pm :: Sunday 11am to 9pm. The Lounge stays open 1 more hour each day except Sunday.
